Course Content
1. Printed board product classifications and acceptance criteria
2. Base material surface and subsurface conditions
3. Solder resists coverage over conductors and registration to lands.
4. Conductor width and spacing, and annular ring requirements.
5. Dielectric material criteria for etchback, voids, and resin recession.
6. Plated through-hole requirements for copper plating thickness, voids, nodules and cracks.
7. Acceptance criteria for flexible, rigid-flex, and metal core printed boards.
